Chris Hambly MA ODE (Open) - Chief Executive Officer
Chris understands the nuts & bolts of websites, search engines and social media platforms and has a massive network of his own which he uses generously to support social media in the UK. He integrates newbies, old-hands, geeks, marketers, educators, PR, HR, musicians & artists with consummate ease working.
Chris has racked-up numerous commercial digital experience with brands such as BP, The Coca Cola Company, DirectLine, Kickers, BigWipes, Capital One, SAE Institute. SMiB has also planned, organised and hosted a yearly social media conference with attendance from the London and international digerati. He holds a Masters in the field of Open and Distance Education which translated into value to companies means he is qualified, and experienced, to create on-line social learning communities, or, edutainment networks, which yield avid followers.
Philip Wride MSc BSc (Hons) - Chief Marketing Officer
Philip Wride started in the digital space at the age of 16 and has for the past 10 years been heavily involved in the UK's leading creative industry; Videogames. Working his way through a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies and an MSc in International Marketing he's also spent time operating his own consultancy business providing specialist services to the videogame industry.
Having worked with and managed campaigns for some of the leading tech and entertainment brands including Intel, Microsoft, O2 and Electronic Arts he is now focusing on the Social Media and Community Management elements of the digital space. His experience ranges from creating and implementing strategy, managing online communities and hosting live events to campaign and project management.
Carol Hambly - Chief Financial Officer
Carol has an amazing history of book-keeping and accountancy having balanced books for seemingly an endless list of companies. Her knowledge of figures and financial planning is second to none and she provides our clients with impeccable professionalism and confidentiality. Carol exemplifies the importance of balancing personal, family, professional and financial goals.
